Brilliant FitClients helped me stay on track to reach my goal of losing 10 pounds. Mike helped me set up my goals to make sure they were reasonalble and attainable. The program did the rest! I received an email on Mondays from Mike reminding me to weigh in. If I missed a weigh in, Mike sent me another email as a reminder. I also received emails from Mike telling me if I was on track to reach my goal or not on track. It was nice to have a visual chart showing my progress and how long until I reached my goal. In all, the added accountability motivated me to reach my goal. Thanks!
