The Link Between Exercise and Mental Wellness

Another research study in Ireland took a group of inactive male university student though a memory test. Then they split the group in 2; one group rode stationary bicycles up until exhausted. The other group sat quietly. The memory tests were administered again. The group that exercised scored much higher than the group that didn't exercise.
